We started Road to Future to close the gap between HR theory and what actually happens on a shop floor, a warehouse night shift or a busy front desk on a Friday evening.
Our story
From one HR fix to a full workforce consultancy
Road to Future was founded after our first client — a Midlands logistics operator — asked for help with a single, painful HR problem: a disciplinary process that had spiralled into a costly tribunal risk. Fixing it meant looking at rostering, supervisor training and recruitment too. That project became the blueprint for how we still work today.
Since then we've grown into a dedicated consultancy across four connected disciplines — HR consulting, human resource management, labour management, and recruitment & agency consultancy — because in operational businesses, those four things are rarely separate problems.
We remain deliberately UK-focused. Every recommendation is built around UK employment law, right-to-work requirements and the realities of sectors like construction, logistics, manufacturing and hospitality, where the workforce is the business.
